Bingham Sand & Gravel, Inc.

1957

Bingham Sand & Gravel, a family-owned company, was founded in 1957 by Vernon & Lucile Bingham. They quickly established themselves as the area leader in supplying premium screened and blended aggregates for various construction projects throughout the Midwest, including highway construction, bridge repair, and asphalting projects.

1974

Bingham Sand & Gravel, Inc. was issued its Articles of Incorporation by the Secretary of State of Kansas on August 16, 1974.

2014

Bingham Sand & Gravel, Inc., the company’s operational control, is purchased by the Williams Family. As the company continues to grow, a 5-year plan of expansion takes shape for the Sand & Gravel Operations.

Four State Materials, LLC

Four State Materials, LLC was established in 2014 by the Williams Family to handle the ever-growing demand for new products, services, and materials. Four State Materials was founded on the same solid family values and professional service as Bingham Sand & Gravel. The Williams Family continues to provide their clients and friends with the same type of reliable service and fair pricing they have come to expect throughout their years of doing business.

2019

Bingham Sand & Gravel, Inc. expands its business footprint for continued growth. In April 2019, it re-branded its name from Bingham Sand & Gravel, Inc. to (WDM) Williams Diversified Materials, Inc.,WDM is a Federal HubZoned, Woman Owned, Small Business located in S.E Kansas. Our continued success has allowed us to provide our clients with a wider range of aggregate products and services. While also providing the financial business stability required for WDM’s 36 full-time employees.

2020

(WDM) Williams Diversified Materials, Inc. looks to the future as it prepares to seek out new Chat pile leases within the Tar Creek Superfund Site. WDM is currently working with the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, DOI, to obtain access agreements in order to schedule volume appraisals on various Chat piles.

WDM Environmental was introduced by the Williams Family in 2015 to help provide government, state, and private Contracting Services throughout the central and southwest regions of the United States by offering Environmental Assessment, Residential Yard & Large Scale Soil Remediation, Heavy Equipment Site Prep, Construction Engineering/Site Design, Dump Truck Services, Demolition Services, and General Commercial Construction Contracting. WDM Environmental is listed as an SBA Small Business, a Self-Certified Woman Owned Business, and HUBZoned Certified.
